Trent and Dove Housing
Trent & Dove Housing has been transforming homes, lives and communities in Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire since 2001. We own and manage over 6,200 homes across a wide range of urban and rural areas. We pride ourselves in our community investment activities, providing customers with opportunities to reach their full potential, as well as delivering energy efficient, safe and secure homes and high quality services. We actively engage and work with a range of partners to do this. We fully understand the needs of, and pressures on, rural communities and work with them to address these; this includes helping Parish Councils identify local housing needs and look at options for meeting these, developing rural exception sites and working with local voluntary groups on community fund raising and activities.
Broadacres Housing Association
Broadacres is a successful, innovative, not for profit housing association based in the market town of Northallerton in North Yorkshire, with homes in Hambleton, Darlington, Richmondshire, Harrogate, Redcar and Cleveland, Ryedale, Scarborough, Selby, the East Riding of Yorkshire, York and Leeds.
We provide a comprehensive range of services to approximately 6,000 homes in North Yorkshire, all aimed at meeting our vision of making a real difference to people’s lives.
Established in 1993, the Association has grown both in terms of the number of properties it manages and its awareness of the needs and aspirations of its customers.
Cornwall Rural Housing Association Ltd
Cornwall Rural Housing Association (CRHA) is a leading provider of good quality affordable rural housing across Cornwall and on the Isles of Scilly.
CRHA provides a mix of affordable and social rental homes as well as providing shared ownership opportunities making a real difference to nearly a thousand local people in our rural communities.
We are also a developing association and in conjunction with our partners aim to provide more new affordable housing.
National Housing Federation
The National Housing Federation is the voice of affordable housing in England. We believe that everyone should have the home they need at a price they can afford. That’s why we represent the work of housing associations and campaign for better housing.
Eden Housing Association
Eden Housing Association is a charitable, community based housing association, in Penrith. We own and manage 1800 affordable homes, in the rural district of Eden, Cumbria.
New Forest Villages Housing Association
New Forest Villages Housing Association was formed in 1984 and has developed 47 homes in villages for local people. The organisation has a voluntary Board. Services are currently provided by English Rural.
English Rural Housing Association
English Rural is a specialist provider of affordable rural homes. We are a leading advocate on affordable rural housing issues, owning and managing 1,250 homes nationally. Our Patron is HRH The Princess Royal.
North Devon Homes Ltd
North Devon Homes is a registered charity providing affordable homes. We are committed to creating communities where people want to live, providing services to over 3100 properties in North Devon.
Falcon Rural Housing
Falcon Rural Housing is a small, people orientated, local homes for local people, rural housing specialist. We currently operate and develop in the villages of Somerset and Devon.
Severnside Housing
Severnside Housing is a charitable housing association owning 5,500 properties in Shropshire and the surrounding rural villages and market towns, where we work closely with residents and partners to deliver our vision of ‘Excellent Homes in thriving communities’.
Freebridge Community Housing
Freebridge Community Housing is the largest provider of affordable housing in West Norfolk, we own and manage around 7,000 homes. Our Vision is ‘Supporting a Better West Norfolk’.
Connexus
Connexus brings together two successful housing groups: Herefordshire Housing Group and Shropshire Housing Group.
Through Herefordshire Housing, Meres and Mosses, and South Shropshire Housing Associations, the group manages over 10,000 homes. They also provide care services through Independence Trust, development services through Floreat Development and repair and maintenance services through Total Response Ltd.
HARAH
The HARAH partnership’s main aim is to increase the supply of affordable housing in the rural villages of Hampshire, and in doing so to help strengthen rural communities.
Shropshire Rural Housing Association
Shropshire Rural is a provider of affordable rural housing with particular focus on affordable warmth/sustainable energy and experience of off-site manufacture.
Hastoe Housing Association
Owning and managing over 7,000 homes in over 70 local authority areas, Hastoe specialise in providing sustainable and affordable rural housing, enabling local people to remain within their communities.
South Devon Rural Housing Association
South Devon Rural Housing is a strong community based organisation providing quality affordable homes and services in rural Devon.
Housing Plus Group
Housing Plus Group works for communities in and around south Staffordshire. Our group includes social landlord, South Staffordshire Housing Association and Care Plus which provides retirement communities and domiciliary care.
Sovereign Housing Association
As a member of the Rural Housing Alliance, Sovereign Housing Association is committed to the purpose and aims of the partnership and will continue to provide and manage homes in rural locations across the south and south west.
Isos
Isos is one of the largest housing providers in the NorthEast with 17,000 properties. We continually build new homes across the region to meet the diverse needs of our communities.
Rural Services Network

Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association Ltd
Lincs Rural ‘Provides homes for rural people in need’ with a vision of ‘sustainable rural communities’ throughout Lincolnshire, Rutland, Kings Lynn and West Norfolk, by actively developing affordable housing.
Wiltshire Rural Housing Association
Wiltshire Rural Housing Association provides high quality, affordable homes for people in housing need in the rural areas of Wiltshire, Swindon and surrounding areas, to help maintain vibrant and thriving communities.
Midlands Rural Housing
Midlands Rural Housing is a leading specialist provider of rural housing services in the Midlands. Working in partnership with rural communities, Local Authorities and Housing Associations, we deliver homes that are affordable to local people.
Yarlington Housing Group
Yarlington Housing Group is one of the leading affordable housing providers in the south west with over 10,000 properties. The company has a commitment to alleviate housing need by offering a range of tenures suitable for a variety of customers whilst also delivering its social purpose.
The Wrekin Housing Trust
One of the largest affordable housing providers in the West Midlands with just over 12,000 homes to rent (and low cost home ownership) across Shropshire and Staffordshire. We recognise the positive impact that building homes has on our local communities and are committed to providing affordable homes where they are needed.
South Western Housing Society
The South Western Housing Society, Established since 1944, builds homes and provides services in rural locations and market towns throughout Somerset and Devon. Since 1949 Cirencester Housing has provided affordable homes with a friendly service. We aim to expand our impact by developing and managing sustainable communities and homes within the Cotswold area.

Established in 1962, Mount Green is an independent traditional housing association based in Leatherhead Surrey. We own and manage over 1500 homes in ten local authorities across Surrey, Richmond and Kingston-Upon-Thames.
