The Rural Services Network has endorsed a ‘5 Star Plan’ for delivering more affordable rural housing. Drawn up by the National Housing Federation, in conjunction with the Rural Housing Alliance, Housing Associations across the country are being asked to sign up to the 5 Star Plan and work with rural communities to deliver affordable homes in the places where they are needed. The 5 Star Plan will be formally launched at the national Rural Housing Conference taking place in London on 7 July
